- Minor consent: A parent/guardian must approve registration for any participant under 18 and consents to emergency medical treatment as deemed necessary by on‑site staff.
- Communicable disease notice: I acknowledge exposure to respiratory illnesses (including COVID‑19) is possible at public events and assume related risks.

Media Consent
We capture photos, video, and audio for archival, marketing, and livestream coverage. By entering the venue, participants and spectators grant Ballet Folklórico de Estados Unidos a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use their likeness in any media. Code of Conduct & Harassment‑Free Policy
We expect a respectful environment for dancers, families, staff, and vendors. Harassment, discrimination, or retaliation based on any protected characteristic is prohibited. Violations may result in removal without refund and referral to venue security or authorities.
- Report concerns to any staff member or email hello@folklorico.org.
- We investigate promptly and take corrective action up to and including removal of individuals or termination of vendor access.
Accessibility
Our venues provide accessible parking, entrances, and restrooms. Upon request, we coordinate reasonable accommodations for mobility and communication needs. Directors may designate liaisons to assist dancers needing additional support.
To request an accommodation, email hello@folklorico.org at least 14 days before the Event.
Refund & Transfer Policy
- Registration fees are committed to production costs and are non‑refundable. Director roster substitutions are allowed until the posted deadline; additions may affect block placement.
- Spectator tickets are non‑refundable except in the case of full event cancellation. If capacity allows, tickets may be transferred to another name at the box office with matching ID.
School Purchase Orders
Schools registering 10+ students may request a Purchase Order (PO) code. POs are a binding commitment to pay. Payment must be received by the invoice due date to avoid late fees and potential schedule impact.
- Email hello@folklorico.org with subject “PO Request”.
- Collect student details (name, contact, age, sizes, division) and complete enrollment using the PO option at checkout.
- Submit payment by the due date listed on your invoice. Changes or cancellations must be requested in writing before the payment due date; approvals are at our discretion.
Badges & Ticket Use
Confirmation QR codes and badges are for the named attendee only and may not be sold or transferred. Misuse may result in cancellation of access without refund.
